Certification and Authorization
Oartech, Inc. obtained certification of ISMS and BS779 in July 2005, then obtained certification of ISO27001 (which is the international standardized ISMS and was shifted from ISMS). Oartech, Inc. was also authorized to use PRIVACY MARK as a licensed business company in September 2005.
ITSMS・ISO20000
ITSMS is a system of certification which aims to manage operation effectively and efficiently. It was established in 2005 as the international standard which was based on framework ITIL which was consisted of best practice in IT service management.
The procedure to manage system operation has been defined in 13 process, to manage the procedure of each process as flow or frame and it should manage to entire process as PDCA cycle such as measuring with providing the valuation of basis. In case the company which provide IT service operation management (a business to provide database, a helpdesk business, a call center business and so on) making use of IT infrastructure introduces ITSMS, it will be clear to operation management and the business will become efficient.
On 10th August 2007, then Oartech, Inc. was 144th company in world and 31st in Japan to acquire the certification. We shall maintain our quality meets global standard and establish our structure to be able to provide the system regarding financial market which is expanding and crossing the fence standing in financial markets.
ISMS・ISO27001
ISMS stands for Information Security Management System and it is the system which manages information assets properly, maintains and improves regarding confidentiality, security and availability striking balance among them, and arranges to improve the level of information security of corporation.
Oartech, Inc. has introduced ISMS and as a result, our external (or social) reputation regarding establishment of security foundation by means of introducing organized and planned management system has been getting higher.
We had done the shift process along the guideline of international standardization which was announced in October 2005 and obtained the certification of ISO27001 in July 2006.
As a outsourcer of information system, we shall manage important system or information which we have kept from our customer properly and safety, and help maintaining our customer's social trust.
Privacy Mark
Privacy Mark (P Mark) system authorized person who manages business to maintain the structure to handle personal information properly is based on one of Japan Industrial Standards 'JIS Q 15001 The system of the protection of personal information - required items' and as evidence, the use of 'Privacy Mark' can be permitted.
The person who manages business and is permitted to use 'P Mark' have to decide on basic policy regarding collecting, use and provide personal information, and he or she have to manage to handle personal information properly following the basic policy.
We have been keeping some important information from our customers as consignor. To leak out our customer's information may not only lose our prestige but also give the customers huge business damage.
To maintain customer's social trust, we educate our employee entirely about how to handle personal information to manage properly.
