Welcome to home page of Oartech, Inc.. At first we, Oartech, Inc. made a start as the outsoucer who was the agent handling computer to process office work of futures commodity trading. From the first time, we have declared 'To contribute actively for the development of futures commodity business world'as our management philosophy and have been searching the advantage and the reduction the expenses regarding futures commission merchants. We also decided on 'to provide the environment surrounding computer system which futures commission merchants can trust to push ahead with the work' as our management policy and have been trying to be the company which provide world's best practice.

Owing to a great support and understaning, we have been able to have strong relationship with many of futures commission merchant today and the number of our user among them has been increasing gradually. The general office business computer system for futures commodity trading which we, Oartech has provided called 'Futures 21' is the computer system which was built by system engineer who has known well as to futures commodity trading and has concerned with securities or financial business for long time with tryint to find the system as it must be in the future. Therefore, as to the amendment to the law or something like this, the modification of the computer system has been done in comparatively short term and it has costed cheaper. At the amendment to the law in May 2005, we had made a start 'the project corresponds to the amendment to the law' in our company since Nov. 2004, trying to modify our system with having contact with ministries and government offices in charge, and in the end we could release basic system to all of our users without delay on 2nd May, the date of the law became effective and we were estimated so highly from our users.

Regarding the strengthener of the information management syste, 'Information Security Management System (ISMS)' has been decided on as the standards in company and to maintain confidentiality, security and availability, we let the resources of human, software, hardware, communication, facilities and something like this meet the ISMS standards. Moreover, we have been maintaining the system to protect personal information by Privacy Mark (which has been based upon JISQ15001) to meet the standards of personal information management for agency's data. Similarly, from the early days of sales activety, we have concluded Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to observe the duty to protect privileged information on business without distinguishment of existing user and newly estimated one.

After the financial big bang, deregulation has progressed, 'the fence' which stood among each of financial markets has been abolished one after another and it is getteing close to be carried out the derivative trading law as a new law of business. Although it is still unclear under present conditions how futures commodity exchange law will be included in derivative trading law, we consider it is sure what the flow of becoming borderless statement will be accelerated. Even in that case, Oartech will support with taking the surest measures to make our customer as futures commission merchants are able to concentrate on their main business.
