The policy of the protection of personal information

As the company which handles much information, our company recognize that to maintain information safety means to have important social responsibility, and place privacy protection as a one of the highest priority item in our enterprise activity. We have decided on following the policy of the protection of personal information to carry out this surely. All staff including managers shall follow this policy, handle and maintain personal information properly.

• Acquisition, use and providing personal information.
  Regarding acquisition, use and providing personal information, first of all, the purpose of use must be shown in advance, necessary measures must be taken and we do not use the information beyond the scope of the purpose of use. We shall handle the personal information which we keep from the client who entrusts within the scope of the contract with the client strictly. We do not entrust again personal information beyond the scope of the permission of the client who entrusts.

  Regarding acquired personal information, in case this information is required to release, revise or delete by the persons concerned, it shall be permitted in reasonable term and appreciate scope.

• Security measures of personal information.
  Regarding illegal access to personal information, loss, breakage, falsification, leakage and so on of personal information, the proper measures for the prevention shall be taken as well as person in charge of handling personal information shall be specified, and we shall endeavour to take safe management.

• To follow the law.
  Regarding hadle with personal information, related law, the policy and the example which nation specified shall be followed.

• To cope with complaint and consultation.
  The desk for troubleshooting and consultation which corresponds to complaint and consultation are accepted from outside of this company regarding handling with personal information, and the information consultation desk for staff which corresponds to complaint and consultation are accepted from the inside of our company shall be established permanently and tell the address of these to the persons concerned.
